Visited last week with a problem with my car, the staff were so friendly and helpful and managed to get my car looked at straight away, fault was quickly diagnosed, and booked next day for repair. Was so pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

Great used polo, nice staff, good overall package. Steven salesman was straightforward and non pushy, very easy to deal with. The 2year mot, warranty, breakdown package was a great addition and certainly a bonus over cazoo slightly less expensive cars. Note edited, altered from 4 to 5 stars after a misunderstanding was dealt with exceptionally by the branch manager.

Amanda Potts was very friendly and professional, only feedback I would say is that I would have liked a mid-day update regarding my vehicle but I had to ring up for an update on it. Apart from that, everything was fine - glad that the update only took one day rather than over two days. Thank you

I would like to say thanks for the fantastic service I received from both Alex and Joe. I ordered my car in March of this year and collected it in September. I was updated regularly along the way and kept well informed which makes all the difference. Highly recommended.
