I got to know about Litudian from an online ad and at first i was doubtful, especially since i had to pay before the products arrived .. so i tried their market day . The prices were so good i went home with a box full of items .Then i realized that importing through them was even cheaper , i have been doing that since and i have no regrets just satisfaction and amazing customer care from Rachel (keep up) . My house is full of Litudian purchases all in good quality and relatively good price . 😊I am one happy shopper .

Very pathetic customer service. What you order is not what you receive. I ordered Christmas tree and what I got is basically a toy. I ordered an air fryer and I received a very different thing. Do not order from them. Do so at your own risk. Their items are of poor quality as well.

Recently imported this air fryer with them.. what was advertised 5L(air fryer) is totally different from what I received 2L(air fryer)...From the look to the size to functionality...🙄🙄.. When I tried complaining they removed me out of the group 😅.. Litudian enterprise am just fed up. Wish I could share pictures on the same.

I am a MIGHTY pleased customer of IKEA kenya. I ordered a bed with wheels for my house manager and the delivery was earlier than expected, timely and truly mind blowing customer service. I would recommend them any day and I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I am also always guaranteed that I will receive all the products bought, however long they may take at the port. Each time I send my money to them, I am at peace knowing my products will arrive.
