Lisa Clarinet Shop was recommended by a professor at NMSU. We were looking to get our son a professional clarinet for college. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, patience, thoughtfulness and kindness we received here. I highly recommend this shop.
Everyone I emailed from Lisa's were all extremely kind and informative. Jerry gave me the best idea of what I may want to look for. They sent me three Buffet Festivals to try and I have found my new professional clarinet that will hopefully last me a long time! They were also extremely kind to my family as my family initially reached out in order to help me find somewhere to get a new instrument. Jerry, Michael, and Heather were in contact with me the entire time and made sure that the process was going well and made sure to listen to anything I had to say about any of the instruments.
One of the best if not the best places to get a Clarinet in New Mexico. Everyone was extremely professional and provided the most friendly service! There instruments are all reasonably priced with some having great deals. To those who want and instrument thst will last forever, and memorable care, this is the place for you!
I recently purchased an R13 Prestige A clarinet from Lisa. Throughout the whole process Lisa and her team were incredible to work with. Finding a new clarinet can be really daunting, especially as a college student that has only purchased one professional horn before. However, this whole process seemed so effortless thanks to all of the help and guidance I received. I found a phenomenal instrument and I will definitely be reaching out to Lisa again when the time comes for me to get another clarinet.
What a great experience it was to purchase two clarinets from Lisa. Both my wife and I wish we had done this years ago. Within minutes of arrival we felt comfortable and confident in the quality advice and expertise shown. Lisa quickly identified our playing characteristics and steered us towards instruments that would enhance our sound. After playing several clarinets and mouthpieces, we each found a set up that should make playing even more enjoyable. Lisa and her sidekick Jeff, were passionate, but not pushy, making the buying experience really fun. The impromptu lessons were a plus! We are super excited about getting to know our new clarinets and cannot say enough how pleased we are with our new "babies". Thanks for helping us with this purchase!
