Had a great experience getting my Retrax installed on my Chevy Silverado. The owners went more then out of there way to help me with a defect that occurred to my bed cover. I am beyond grateful and would continue to do business with Line-X of Central Miami. Everyone was very polite and respectful. Thank you again for everything!

Had my 2017 truck line x at this location years ago. They did a good job. Well went again with my new 2021 truck and they did not do a good job. A lot of mistakes and sloppy work. I explained it to them and they said it happens sometimes. Will not be going back here. Will drive further and go to another location.
Great job applying the Line-X material in the bed of my truck. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a durable, professional bedliner, or custom liner spray on a truck, boat, car or just about anything (hood, grill or any part). I spoke with Mr. Bernardo and others several times on the phone and they were always professional. They took time to explain the pros and cons of each one they provide. I will definitely be back for a bed cover soon. Keep up the great work!!!!
BE AWARE! Service level is mediocre to none due to their manager: Bernardo who is not true to his word. I was promised a $100 discount from the Ford dealership/manufacturer at this establishment. Once the trucks bed was painted, the manager: Bernardo was not available that day (Friday) to offer me the discount. Myself along with a police officer who was also promised a discount for his truck spray in bed liner did not receive the promotion. I was told the discount would be applied once he returned but never received it. I even tried bringing in a set of running boards to offset the cost of not receiving the discount; something that seems easy to paint (no need to cover truck, less time, less paint, etc) but was only offered a 5% discount due to the inconvenience caused from before. Manager: Bernardo is not true to his word and that in itself represents how this establishment is ran, based on lies. As of today, they have lost several customers because none of my family/ friends that I always would recommend to go here will be going back. Definitely not returning and would NOT recommend. UPDATE: Received a call from owner: Leopoldo this morning regarding my negative review. Returning customers are offered a 5% discount (something I was never told or have until this day been refunded back). I will not bring an item to LineX and pay over $200 to receive what was supposed to be given to me from the previous charge. I was told my review was unprofessional and unfair to the company in which I explained my opinion is my own and I am at full liberty to express my concerns. If you absolutely want to LineX your vehicle, please go to another location. I have never been spoken to in such an unprofessional manner as I was today. It’s a shame I cannot share the audio with you all.
