Horrible experience. Horrible communication. Took way too long to fix something minor. They didn’t talk to my insurance company and fixed things they wasn’t supposed to do now they want me to pay 8 thousand out of pocket because they’re money hungry people and didn’t talk to the insurance company about what they was supposed to fix. I talked to the manager and he hung up on me because I didn’t care to listen to his excuses on why this happened. Do not go here!!

Lindstrom's has been in business for many years because they consistently perform quality work. The owners, Rick and Jon, are always on-site. You can't stay in business that long in a small town without providing a stellar finished product, first class service and guaranteed satisfaction in their work. Their work on my Audi Q7 hood damage was as good as it left the factory.
EXCELLENT WORK. STAFF WAS AWESOME AND PLEASANT. I didn't give them 5 stars because during MY experience, the communication and customer service was a little off. But overall I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend them to family and friends.
I've taken my Vehicles to Lindstrom's through out the 35 years they've been in business. The reason is Lindstrom's has always been the best in doing the job right. They've worked with me and take the extra care to provide good advice to make the right repairs. To insure my vehicle is going to be safe. They've kept me informed and yes, things take longer sometimes. Especially being as busy as they are. That's because they are good. It's worth the wait and you'll be satisfied when you get your vehicle back. I won't take my vehicle any where else.
