Management doesn’t care about staff or residents. The head nurse purposely goes out of her way to make people break and quit(Sara Rowe) If possible keep your parents/loved ones far away from that hell hole

Since moving my mom to Lincoln Court in September’23 she has a new lease on life. She immediately made friends and enjoys eating 3 meals a day with them. She loves all the activities: scenic rides, games, puzzles, parties and gatherings, and live music (which seems to happen so often I might be jealous☺️). The staff are kind and accommodating. She has dementia but is high functioning and I am ever impressed by the respectful way they attend to her when she gets confused or forgetful. They have taken the huge weight from my shoulders and I now get to enjoy having fun with her when I visit verses just being the on call caregiver. It’s been a huge benefit for our relationship and quality of life. In their great care I have been able to love her that much more because she is healthier and happier than she has been in decades. We have tried another home where I felt she was neglected and left in her room and we tried her living next door to me but this has been the best gift, a place that she is safe, happy, has endless stimulation, friends, and with people who are trained to assist her. She is always telling me “Thank you for moving me here. I love it.”

I love my Mom being at Lincoln court, they truly care and always go above and beyond to help. We have also enjoyed game nights and many other activities involving family. The staff tries to ensure the residents are well cared for,as well as the many outings and fun adventures 😀

My Mom's needs were met quickly and completely. Her food was delicious. She is able to receive outside service for physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The caregivers care about my mom and remember her name and her habits.

The staff feel like family; they seem to care authentically about their residents. The facility is clean and well organized. They provide regular updates to families on activities and events which is nice so that we know what's going on with our loved ones. I'm adding more to my previous review because the staff just keep on delivering amazing care for our Dad. They have gotten to know him personally and they treat him like family. He knows he can count on them for anything he needs. They are responsive to any questions I've had, always calling me back promptly and checking in on him regularly. They are proactive and anticipate what he might need next. Thank you to all the staff at Lincoln Court for your care and kindness.
