I give them a 0 star rating. I ordered a pole from them almost a year ago was told 8 -10 weeks, paid for the pole and have got nothing but a run around ever since. The only good thing I can say about them is Barbara Tobiaski has been great to deal with and is very prompt in answering e-mails and calls. If you are in this business and value your customers, I strongly recommend using another company
This company can't get an order correct for anything. Call and get hung up on. Call back and get the run around. Just send the correct part's when things are ordered...
Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about the items they sell. They (Kasey) handled all questions with the upmost respect and was very diligent in getting my problems solved. Keep up the great work!
Amy has been so much help. We made a big purchase & she helped us immensely, getting our order lined up quickly and at a great price. We also needed some last-minute changes made, she helped us sort out the details and has been terrific throughout the entire process.
We ordered 2 special order poles from Lightmart and were told they would be delivered early March. I contacted the vendor in hopes to get them sooner and was directed to Barbara T. Customer Care Supervisor via voicemail. I followed up with an email and I got a prompt response from Barbara that she had contacted the factory and that the early March timeframe was accurate. Just as I was getting ready to check in again, she contacted us with shipping/tracking information and the happy news that they were shipping early.
