Life Storage - Wareham

Selena at the Wareham location was amazing!! She's caring and courteous and was so helpful in getting my issues resolved. The facility is clean and well run. I highly recommend the Wareham location!

I walked in nervous as I have never had to rent a unit and it’s been a very stressful situation. From the moment I met Salina and Tim , I was pleased at the way they made me feel like it was gonna be ok. Very helpful, pleasant, professional. They made me feel like I was part of their family . They showed me units and the knowledge of knowing what I needed when I didn’t . Also very clean environment. I want to thank you both for all your help and will see you this week.

Life storage in wareham has been the best experience on renting a unit. Nicole is kind friendly has answers to your questions without hesitation and makes you feel welcome at all times. Would recommend life storage of wareham to all my friends and family. I have been to my storage each month to pay for unit and check on things. Kinda upset that Nicole is no longer their instead they put some woman fran in their that is very rude and had nothing nice to say when I asked about Nicole. I don't think someone like that should be in that position. I have dealt with fran a couple times now and she just chain smokes and is rude. I will be removing my stuff from my unit and finding storage elsewhere. I shouldn't have to do this and I understand the working field I am a blue collar worker myself but to put down on a coworker that was pleasant happy to to see people and do her job over and above. So e people have people skills and some are just at their job for a paycheck (Fran)

I went to Life Storage in Wareham and directly dealt with Nicole. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything to me (as far as the contract) and made me feel comfortable when I left. She offered me boxes and covering for my furniture etc...that i could buy there for my move. Right now, I am still moving things in my unit and feel I made the right choice! Thank you Nicole for everything!! I definitely would refer a family or friend to this place.
