Nolan found lots of defective sprinklers

Jenny and Forrest, at the office, and Jesse, at our house, were all a pleasure to work with. After having dealt with inexperienced landscapers who damaged our system when they were replacing our sidewalks and then attempted unsuccessfully to repair the damage, Jesse was able to quickly assess and repair the damages left by the other company. LIDC is known for being a little more expensive than some of its competitors, but our experience is testament to their value; we highly recommend Jesse and the other folks at LIDC.

After several unsuccessful attempts by one contractor to repair damage caused to our sprinkler system during sidewalk repairs, we were referred to a company with greater expertise in residential sprinkler issues. The repairman, Jesse from LIDC, was excellent at quickly assessing the situation and clearly explaining the potential problems and their solutions. He was easy to communicate with, highly knowledgeable, and very skilled at completing the necessary repairs. Jesse kept us informed about any additional issues he discovered and addressed them successfully. I’m happy to report that after three weeks of temperatures above 85°F and relying solely on hand watering, our lawn and gardens are finally receiving a full watering.
