I recently had the pleasure of receiving physical therapy from Michael, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for his exceptional care and understanding. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Michael's expertise in physical therapy is truly impressive. Best therapy I ever I get in my life I got problems l4 l5 s1 disc bulge and didn’t go away but when I done physical therapy is make me relax for 2 3 days I can focus on life and very very friendly stafff ever Mike the best

Bailey has been fantastic. He has listened to my concerns about my pain and rehabilitation every visit. He then delivered the best treatment possible in a professional and courteous manner. I am feeling great!

Matt is amazing!!! He is the first physical therapist I have had that spends time working with you every session, which is awesome. I came in with intense back pain and some shoulder issues, after my first session for my back I felt some relief from the pain. Within 4-5 sessions my back feeling great! We are now working on my shoulder, which I am confident will be better within a few more sessions of therapy. The whole team is friendly and extremely helpful. If I could give more that 5 stars I would. I highly recommend Matt & LI Premier Performance Physical Therapy.

I see Dr. Matt at Premier. After stretching and massage on the table I do prescribed water exercises. The pool and bathrooms/changing rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

The aqua therapy is fantastic! So is the other PT and massage. Very convenient location and pleasant and professional staff

The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! They take the time to listen, great equipment, great environment. The receptionist is truly amazing and gives off a great vibe as soon as you open the door! The pool is hot! Nice!

Krista has been amazing helping me get my knee back to playing shape. I tore my ACL and didn’t think I would see the progress that I’m seeing with her and the staff there. She varies the program so that it’s not stagnant and it has gotten me to the point where I feel I’m ready to play soccer very soon. I’m impressed with the amount of progress I have made in as little as 2-3 months! Thanks to Krista and her assistants, I feel more confident in playing again than I have in the past year!

The staff of Premier is the best. I’ve been to other physical therapists but they are the only ones who have truly helped my sciatica. Very professional, nice and great facilities!

Matt Marino is a fabulous physical therapist. He is very careful about making sure you perform your exercises correctly. He thoroughly explains each move and how it interrelates with other body parts so that you can self correct when your form fails. He is encouraging, patient and highlights the big picture and healing process. Matt is very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to his profession of healing people. I recommended him to my surgeon at HSS who is very pleased about my hip repair post op progress.The entire staff is impressive at LI Premier as well. I

My Dr had recommended that I needed to see a Physical Therapist in reference to a ongoing problem I was having with my hip , back and legs and had recommended a physical therapist and luckily for me he was retiring and not accepting new patients. So I came upon Premier Performance and to honest I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the facility in general . I was assigned Dr. Sabina who actually listened to my problems and after evaluating my issues she sat down with me and explained the issues and the coarse of treatment which was best for me to correct my issues She explains her plan of treatment with every session and makes adjustments based on my progress and what I liked she’s always involved, taking the time to listen and answer any questions I may have It’s refreshing to be treated as a person and not just a number Like I said Premier Performance is a friendly accommodating facility and Dr Sabina is one of the best Therapist I’ve been to and highly recommend both Premier Performance and Dr Sabina for anyone needing or considering physical therapy
