A place where you can get very far from nothing, both physically and mentally, very accessible and tailor-made guidance for you Super professional, very friendly and a very large knowledge, both from the body and the diet to physio and really affordable so complete package highly recommended

At Levelfit I have gained more self-confidence and pleasure in sports. By slowly building up I am already a lot stronger than when I started. If I have questions about food, for example, she can give good advice. In addition, I am motivated during the varied training sessions to go to the limit. It is also cheaper than most personal trainers, highly recommended :)

Since January I have been following duo training at Marlies with a friend. I was also active in the gym before, but I noticed that sometimes I only did 'something'. Marlies has given me more tools to get started in the gym as well. I train with Marlies twice a week and combine this with a gym subscription. Those twice a week are a big stick for me. Marlies motivates me to go to the extreme. I notice because there is more consistency in my training sessions, I am getting stronger. The atmosphere is nice at Marlies, there is a lot of laughter but also serious training. Just don't ask Marlies to count your reps because then you'll be disappointed ;)
