I had a great experience shopping for my Ideapad 5 at the store. Mr. Mahesh was very helpful. The shopping process was hassle-free. He helped me with the discounts along with a buy back of my older laptop. He also walked me through the details and perks of extended warranty. Helped with the purchase and setup of the laptop. He even gave lot of free goodies with the laptop like laptop skin, screen cleaning solution and all. Overall a brilliant experience shopping here.

Worst service for lenovo laptop delivery can we ever expected from any lenovo center . Mr Mahesh the executive took order on 26th with promise to deliver laptop within 4 days however after repeated followup till 2nd of August he informed that laptop was booked on 30th and would take 7 more working days which is height of unprofessionalism. He was blaming everything on seniors and was not allowing us to contact his seniors. This kind of unprofessional and irresponsible attitude is not expected from a world renowned laptop brand dealers. I would not recommend this dealer.. if Google had negative * they actually deserve that.
