Lemani Hair and Extensions

Firstly Jirrikai is great, Adelaide is good. Should be better being the manager. Doesn’t seem to know what’s going on half the time! And that’s as far as the ‘compliments’ go! I’ve been a regular client here for a while. Re extensions in, move up and regrowth dye. I will not be going back. I recommend @concepthairskinbeauty. No Im not affiliated in any way. Mature and professional staff and exceptional service. Plus shock horror well priced! Unlike Lemani! I will refer to it as L. Too save my time. Critique follows (where do I start it’s so bad!) - I attended L on 17.10. With my 14 year old daughter. A L hairdresser close to us / behind us could not stop saying the F word. I stopped counting after ten! So unprofessional especially with my girl there. Vile. On that day I booked in for an extn move up (and later rang for regrowth to be done too. Same day). Booked for 5.12. At no stage was a deposit asked for. On 7.11 a Natalia rang me to ask me for $100 deposit for 5.12 and asked me to pay now. She kept interrupting. She called me babe non stop - I am 50 ffs. Be professional. Have respect. But to pay ‘now’ - Excuse me?!? I said I could not as I was off to RAH. She said she needs it by Monday. Rude. As if a loyal client (whose contributed thousands to this business) is not going to arrive for their Xmas appt. !!! Really? I rang later 7.11 and cancelled. Greedy. So worried about their $100 yet they’ve lost thousands from this client and a poor review to top it off. They don’t think things through obviously! I presume it’s the woman that looks like the woman from Sunrises dumb idea. Being the greedy owner. Lastly why ???? Is it you book with one hairdresser eg Adelaide and get another eg Nelly??? Why bother adding hairdressers names to bookings at all if you’re going to ignore client requests??? The staff need training. The foul language needs to stop. As for their prices and asking for deposits as soon as they ring - “NOW”. Well Greedy ! doesn’t cut it! Be professional. Lift your game!!! Never again. I have had my fair share with hair extensions. When I went to lemani my experience was nothing short of incredible. From customer service to delivering amazing hair services. Kye is talented and caring. So cleaver and educated. I simply can’t wait for my next appointment. 10/10

LOVED this salon and the service. I was passing through Adelaide and urgently needed my hair done. The girls managed to squeeze me in an appointment. Darcy did an incredible job and was so lovely. It was such a reasonable price too!!! Super happy with my experience!

Life changed. I have naturally short, fine hair and had put off getting extensions for years because I was worried about damaging what little hair I have. I’m in a bridal party next month and after my hair trial, I realised I needed more volume to make my style work. The team absolutely nailed it, the color match was perfect and the extensions blended in seamlessly. They also gently convinced me to keep a bit of length, and I’m so glad they did. It looks soft, natural and flattering. When Krystal finished, I actually teared up because I looked like a totally different person. The space itself is beautiful warm, welcoming and full of good energy. Krystal and the team are so down to earth and genuinely lovely. I felt cared for from the moment I walked in, and by the end of my appointment I knew most of the girls by name. If you’ve ever been nervous about getting extensions, this is your sign.

Absolutely stunning salon with fantastic extension specialist hairdressers. I never thought I'd be an extension girlie, but after having my extensions for 8 weeks, I'm completely obsessed and felt so naked and bald once my extensions were removed to have them lifted up. The team are professional, down to earth and happy to answer any questions you have... and I had a LOT of questions as I'd never had extensions before. They patiently went through the whole process, explained what they were doing it as they did it, and provided me a wealth of extension-care information. They provided so many package options and were willing to deal with my insane hair colour (the vibrant blue 💙) If you're thinking about extensions, I highly, highly, highly reccomend the team at Lemani.

I am obsessed!! I was so nervous about getting extensions. especially having a blunt bob and not knowing how "natural" it would look but wow! Kyra and Adelaide took the best care of me. They coloured it perfectly! blended it amazingly! and educated me on everything I need to know about extensions (depending on how much I can remember). The girls here are all so friendly and seem to gel so well together as a team. I am super happy about my new hair and will definitely be making this my regular salon! Thanks so much!

I love my Lemani Hair .. I made the change about 3 months ago and very happy with the quality. Not only are the extensions them selves being amazing but the team at Lemani are incredible, the girls work beautifully together to give me the best experience possible (hair washed with out extensions in, yes please!) and their colour work is on point. Highly recommend ❤️

Lemani has been the life my hair has always needed. I’ve been seeing these beautiful girls for 3 years now and not only is my hair the healthiest it’s ever been but I’ve also gained a wealth of knowledge of how to care for my hair/hair extensions and achieve salon results between visits. Lemani feels like a second home to me with the relationship I’ve built with all the incredible girls on the team. 100% worth the visit!

All I can say is that the service is amazing. All the staff are all so friendly ,welcoming ,beautiful ,supportive and caring. I recommend Lemani to everyone. You will walk out feeling so HAPPY . Darcy my hairdresser is AMAZING and the ABSOLUTE BEST.
