I attended a 2 day mental health first aid training course facilitated by Leigh. Leigh was great to learn from, using stories and case studies to give us real life examples. She was extremely patient and encouraged questions throughout, making sure everyone felt comfortable and had a safe space to learn. She was enjoyable to learn from and I would highly recommend the course with Leigh. I learnt a lot about mental and suicide, and feel a lot more confident in supporting people through mental health crises.
