Irina is AMAZING. I wish I could give her 6 stars. She is unreal at her job and has been extremely helpful! She cares about the residents at Lector and deserves a raise! This woman has gone above and beyond and is very knowledgeable within her industry. Her and Jourdan's expertise is unmatched and the way they are able to be so attentive and caring really does speak for itself. I highly recommend working with them!
Apparently, this place doesn't need your business. Wasted 3 weeks trying to give these people $$$ and fill out an application online. Special shout out to Milton. Thanks for doing absolutely nothing to help. Nobody in the office. Nobody responds to calls. Nobody returns your calls. The only people who seem to work their only communicate via text and will literally only book an appointment. When asked to help you get a not my problem response. Thanks for that, Milton. No help at all. This is all while I am still a prospective customer. At least I can walk away now. Imagine how unmotivated they must be to help after you're in a contract, and they know you can't just leave or do anything about it. Red flags for me. Meanwhile, their competitors will respond back immediately. Signed a lease elsewhere because of this God awful service. It's a shame. Seemed like the perfect place otherwise.
I love living at Lector85! I’ve been here almost a year and I’m still currently living here and loving it everyday! The office staff and the maintenance staff are the best, they’re always so friendly and very helpful when i need it. Anytime something needed to be fixed it was dealt with immediately. We also really enjoy being at the pool and grilling almost everyday. I love how nice the entire complex is, including our unit. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking!
Stayed in apartment #408 and it was impeccably clean and had all the amenities you could need. The area was safe and there is ample secured parking on the property. There is a gathering area for premium coffee and tea. The pool was beautiful and well maintained.
A very clean, quiet apartment complex with beautiful amenities. On cold nights, folks sit by the outdoor fireplace by the pool. The office is super helpful. I'm only visiting for 4 nights, but I would live here. I walked 15 mins to the center of Ybor for dinner in the day. ..but no, I would not walk back at night. Nonetheless, it's a great spot. Easy access to the major roads and freeways. The building's construction, amenities (gym, pool, common lounge, and vibe are solid. Parking? Yes, follow the rules, and you won't have issues.
