Best natural resort in calicut

We booked this stay for my birthday and we wish It could have been perfect. The rooms and location are indeed really beautiful but we had multiple issues in just a 1 day trip. The toilet was not clean, so we had to get it cleaned again, there were constant issues with the water supply. The bidet and shower had no water in morning, geyser wasn't working too. The worse was when the staff ruined my surprise by telling it to me that they will come and decorate the space while we are gone for dinner. My friend booked silver package for the celebration but to be honest it felt overpriced. There was no option to order even wine for the celebration. Next morning we tried the breakfast which was also not that great. Overall disappointed with the price we paid and service/ experience we got

The hotel was fantastic. All the staffs very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast spread was very good every day. They have all amenities and pool. The perfect place for gateway with kids and family. Indoor games available.

Unfortunately we only spent one night at this lovely place. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommend staying at one of the “villas” at the top of this pristine property: wonderful views through sliding glass doors and a lovely walled-off sitting area adjacent to the room. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and I really appreciated the presence of a toaster at the breakfast buffet to finally have hot toast WHEN the omelette is served and not 15 minutes before or after as is commonly the case in this country 😂 We would definitely return to Le Candles for a longer stay if we could. Note that, like most resorts in Kerala, the property does not sell alcoholic beverages.

Wonderful property. Like to visit with family soon. Activities like fishing and Shisha are best suit with the climate. Very good service. Cleanliness and the calm atmosphere especially at the pond Villa is suitable for one to meditate. Suggesting the property to all. Thanks le candles for such a wonderful experience

I had a delightful stay at Le Candle Resort with my family. The overall experience was quite enjoyable, and the standout feature was the excellent behavior of the staff. They were accommodating and friendly throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. However, one concern we had was the additional breakfast charges for children. It would have been even more pleasant if this aspect was more family-friendly. Despite that, our overall experience at Le Candle Resort was memorable, thanks to the wonderful staff and the pleasant atmosphere.
