The boss and assistant boss is horrible they are best friends with the district manager and let many things go on in the center, from kids being attended, diseases going around in the center, kids being neglected and doing nothing about it and telling their staff it's ok. It was not a pressure to work there, there were favorites and the district manager was racist very racist and got away with it plenty of times. Teachers left kids unattended. Assistant Manager talking to kids and parents inappropriately and still being able to be employed. Bedford Center 0530. Childtime please beware The racist manager was Amy. Think before you let your kids attend.

Since buying out the daycare group that I send my sons to, I have noticed an uptick in policy changes that have no positive impact at all. It is unfortunate that it seems they need to show their power by implementing these changes, when there are far bigger issues within childcare. To have babies and toddlers sleep with all the lights on, and curtains open, is detrimental to their growth and development. To say it's so that they can be supervised more closely is a cop out excuse, as I've been in the center during naptimes, and I can attest that you can still see every SLEEPING child. After over 3 years with this daycare, I've already started looking at other facilities. Instead of focusing on unnecessary small policy changes that have no effect on the children, maybe start focusing on recruiting efforts and benefit changes to get employees in the door. Without quality employees, you would not exist as an organization. By making their jobs harder through these changes, you're going to drive away the only stable employees you have left.
Money was erroneously taken from my account and a refund check minus 10.00 was issued to me. The check was damaged in the mail and the bank would not honor it. I was given the number to the corporate office to have the check reissued. I have called 3 separate days and I’m always told “no one is answering in the refund office, we will call you back” I never received a call back and I called again today and the same answer. This is very poor service!!
Monday when I walked in to pick up my daughter from daycare I heard an adult yelling and cursing. When I walked around the corner down the hall to my daughter's classroom it was the Director of the school speaking to a child (approximately 3 years old), "piss*ng in your pants, sh*tting in your pants. I'm sick of it!". When I confronted the Director, she proceeded to tell me "report me! If you don't like it here you can leave! Get a life!" There were two other workers present, one being in a leadership role, and neither said anything. I have reported issues similar to this regarding the Director's inappropriate and unprofessional behavior to her Regional Manager/Director in the past and have not ever received any follow up. She has no business working with children! -Children's Courtyard in Round Rock, Texas Jazz Street location I posted to their Facebook page and then they removed the message and blocked me from accessing the page. I reported this information to the State on Monday evening and received confirmation Tuesday morning that the information what forwarded to Childcare Licensing and law enforcement. Update 9/25: We had decided to keep my daughter in the school pending the results of the investigation but this morning I received a phone call from the Regional Manager and was informed that today would be our last day of enrollment, and the reason given was because of this post. It is incredibly disturbing that we've been asked to leave the school because I chose to stand up for the kids and call out this incident of emotional and verbal abuse that was witnessed. I'm appalled by the ethics and integrity of the administration at The Children's Courtyard. I learned that the Director is no longer with the company. A notice was sent out to the parents on Wednesday afternoon. It did not reveal any details of the incident to make others aware. Unfortunately it seems that the District Manager who had previously received multiple similar reports as well as the Assistant Director who did not interject in the incident remain employed. My post did reach the child victim's parents and they stated that she will no longer be attending this facility.
After 16 years I have plenty of secrets to share about this company. Everthing from no running water, to kids being moved for one room to another. Running out of tp. Get into a public school where they will observe the children and do the right thing.
