I love the atmosphere & the food. The best part about visiting this location are the employees. Love the fact that I received good customer service and the vibe of someone loving what they do and want to make the customer's experience more better. I would highly recommend this location. Honestly, I prefer Layne's over Canes.
UPDATE Jun 2022: Back for an overdue helping of chicken fingers. Their sauce is very good. We get two 3-finger piece meals; save one for leftovers and split the other one with potato salad instead of fries. Very tasty. We have been here several times since my visit in 2020 as well as the other location in Allen. Lots and lots of chicken restaurant competition in Collin county. Too many good places. UPDATE 2020: OooRah! Yes, they are open for dining in. We think they serve the best chicken fingers in Collin county. Their own sauce to dip into is the best. We have been to three different locations and they are all good. Best choice for us is two 4-piece chickens with potato salad side. Eat one meal take the other home.
As a owner of a small business, to see this kind of hospitality was very rewarding. The staff were excellent, service was superb, and food was everything we were hoping. This was Epoxy Guys first time to Lanes chicken in Frisco and we will definitely be back. Jessica working behind the cash register was very welcoming with a great smile that was inviting. Blake is a stand up young man, he came by our table to ensure guest satisfaction. These are definitely things that keep people coming back. Thanks lanes Frisco for the unexpected great lunch day with the team.
I have been coming this place since day one. Excellent chicken and fries, varieties of hot salsa and more important the always welcome smile from the girl at front when take your order.
The sauces here are really good and the staff was very nice. I wouldn't say this is a terrible place to eat but there are so many other great alternatives when it comes to chicken. It would be amazing if Layne's and Canes got together. I like Layne's sauces and fries but their chicken tenders are lackluster. Don't bother ordering the chicken wrap. It's 60% lettuce with a little bit of cheese and grilled meat. I've had better wraps from the Walmart deli.
