6:43am and it's closed :-( 1st time in years experiencing this and this is with "new" hours/signage posted...highly annoyed and upset!

Drop off service paid in advance and called to schedule pick up to save time. We Agreed on a time and the manager said he’d be there. He wasn’t. No show. My laundry is being held hostage. Waited 25 minutes and had to go. Now I am SOL and have stuff to do so have to proceed without laundry-sweet life bro. Defeats the ENTIRE PURPOSE OF DROP off service

Money card machine has problems and the guy there wasn't very helpful or made himself available as I was standing there for the 1st time trying to figure out how things worked and it say 24hrs but he locked 1 set of doors at 11 and started cleaning up

This laundromat was so dirty, like the floor was covered with used laundry softener sheets and floor looks like it has not been mopped for days.i can only imagine what the bathroom was like. The attendant did not care. IT WAS A COVID BREEDING ATMOSPHERE....

I am extremely upset that someone went through my stuff in the dryer and picked which items they going take. I have done laundry before and never experienced this. They took all expensive items in the dryer and didn't notice to got home. Beware do not leave clothes unattended at any moment! I feel so violated!
