My usual place was closed and this place had decent reviews. I went there with $10 cash, what I usually spend at my other place. You can only use a laundromax card here. That card costs $3 and an initial card purchase is $10 which left me with enough money to wash, but not dry my laundry. By the way, it’s $6.79 for a 3-load dryer. At the place I usually go to, on Grafton St., it’s $8 for a six-load dryer and you don’t need a card that will cost you $3. Next time, I won’t be impatient to get my laundry done. I’ll just wait til my usual place is open.

I used to drop my laundry here every week for a year and never lost anything had any problem, but the last 3 weeks I've noticed my clothes don't look clean yesterday I picked my laundry the bedsheets were still dirty calling they said whoever did the laundry doesn't know how to fold them,how does this help me when the bedding are dirty they no longer put fabric softner, guess they have new management who really don't know what they're doing,I know its hard getting staff but atleast try and retain your customers with good services.

If I could give them no stars I would but unfortunately I have to give one. I dropped off my laundry here weekly and never had an issue. Until two weeks ago we picked up our laundry like usual and went home to find another customers clothes in our order. I returned the other customers clothing thinking they would do the same and it weighed out to be over 10 plus pounds. My clothing was never returned, other customers were never contacted to see if they had my clothing and I was told I cannot get a refund. The MAX compensation they would offer is $75 no matter what the items were. This is unacceptable for any establishment, and I will no longer do business here. The DM Marc was no help either. You try to give your business to a local laundry mat for them to just lose your clothes and have no remorse. Now my family is out of $70 which is what it cost for them to do my laundry and the 10 pounds of clothes they misplaced: DO NOT DROP YOUR CLOTHES OFF HERE!!!!!! I’d like to add that their employee Harmony is the only reason we returned weekly she is great and was not responsible for this mess.

The place need to be clean,clean, Everything are dirty the machine are broke the dryers are broke its a big mess sorry to be sincere

This place used to be great but now it is a DISGRACE! NO ONE, customers or staff is wearing a mask or cleaning anything! Staff and customers were down right Nasty when I brought it to their attention!!
