My review from over a year ago. I gave you one star and didn't know if I would come back. This is my second time going here. Up until today I thought this would be my go to Laundromat. Since I was there I decided to stay but I'm thinking I should've left as soon as I saw what's in the pictures. Yes that's black mold. Very nasty!!!! 😳😳😕😕😠 These pictures are of 4 different machines but they're not the only ones that were like this. As I said, that was my review from over a year ago. I've been coming here ever since because I was told they were making some changes and I wanted to see what happened because they're close to my house, there's plenty of parking and I like the prices. I usually come in on Sundays because of my schedule. Tiffany has made a major impact on everything here. The place is much cleaner. She's the friendlest employee I've met so far and she's very attentive. Any time there's an issue she does what she can to take care of it. Although there are multiple issues with the machines and the building itself she does her best to take care of us as much is within her power to do so. There are a few people that I see here every week and we all look forward to seeing her and she's always happy to see us. I was in here a few months ago and there was an issue with the sewers backing up. The place smelled horrible. She was in some back room and having to unclog the drain. Pretty nasty stuff!!! I've been in various customer service positions for over 40 years. Most people, especially nowadays don't want to work or if they do they don't have any work ethic or dedication. Good people are very difficult to find. I hope you treat all of your employees with the utmost respect but especially the ones that really work like Tiffany. They stole my clothes I was doing laundry I guess they wanted to close I was waiting for the last load in the dryer to dry so I stepped outside had a cigarette they locked the door directly behind me and they would not give me my clothes

Went here out of desperation to wash my bedding. Usually travel to Gigis in Fall River because they’re so clean and I don’t mind the travel. If you find yourself needing to go here, lather your nostrils in Vicks Vapo Rub. It smells of complete and total piss throughout the place. I was nervous but my clothes came out smelling fine. Just the atmosphere smelled terrible. Also, floors and tops of machines are caked with dirt and dust. Don’t put your bags directly on the floor if you can help it. Grab a cart. Also, attendant was nice enough to tell me through a very kind but understandably frustrated demeanor that half the dryers were not working because a fire started in them earlier in the day. What a relieving bit of info lol

Kind, hard working staff that are willing to help customers. It's my 2nd time here and this person makes a big difference in keeping the facility clean and pleasant for everyone.

This place has reopened and Marc is awesome with tge New Team he is putting together! Here you'll meet Jarold, Gina, Lizzy and Lex all available to get you through your cleaning. They are sociable and very accommodating. Don't take my words for it, visit them and see for yourself! nsi
