Jaime and Branda was very helpful tonight at the Fitchburg location. Great customer service.

This is a good clean laundromat with fair prices and lots of places to sit while you wait. Only thing is they say it’s free to dry but it’s actually 25 cents per load. Not the end of the world but false advertising.

Very clean and very helpful. I'm actually trying to get a job there. It's close to my house and the hours are awesome

They don't have wifi as stated, which was pretty inconvenient to find out after lugging everything in. Otherwise services are perfectly fine.

It's busy on weekends and last time I went on Monday was super busy. I just go at night less people. Place is clean and big I like going there.

Went in today for my first time and Arleen was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She made me feel comfortable to ask questions and made sure I was doing ok. The washer machine were fast and I love the free dry. Definitely found my new spot to do laundry
