Absolutely luv using this laundromat! Large washers to give my bedding & clothes a great wash! FREE DRY is the best! Split up as much as I can to get done quicker (I do try & be considerate when it's busier though) All machines usually in working order.. Its always clean...staff are constantly wiping down machines & sweeping...(especially unfortunately because lots of people leave their dryer sheets all over the floor☹️) Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Love the duffel bags you sell...definitely worth it! Much easier to carry up stairs than regular laundry bags! Keep up the good work! 👍😃

Update: John contacted me to remedy this misunderstanding. The new hire rang up our drop off incorrectly. He was very kind and polite, gave me the credit towards our next drop off. I have much respect for a business that accepts responsibility for their mistakes. NEVER will I drop off laundry here again! $15 for the first 10lbs in each bag! Highway robbery. I understand 15$ for the first 10 overall and then .99/lb like every other place does but PER BAG? Dropped off 4 bags and got charged $60 for the first 40lbs, go to Delkin or Reds Suds and Bubbles don’t drop off here!

I go in, put clothes in, add soap.. not only do none of my cards(5) work anymore, but there is no change machine!! Will not accept a 20$ bill. Lady at counter says" we ain't got no cash". I have to walk 3 blocks away to find change to come back and still had to spend 15$ for a 9 dollar machine!! This place is clean but the prices are too high and the employee, at least on this day, can't even speak English. Nothing like trying to scam extra $$ out of your customers . Good job!! I'll never come here again.. it's called install a change machine. There is still no cash in store as u say. Other machines take cash. Why???

Favorite laundromat! Thank you to the beautiful employee Keisha who helped me in the middle of medical emergency at the facility. She is a good person. This laundromat is clean, has ample machines, and is in a good business district. I wish the parking lot was bigger but this is still the go to laundry in the Riv.
