It was awesome when it was 24 hours but it shouldn't be advertised as 24 hours anymore because the hours during the week aren't, and the weekends seem to be a hit or miss. Nobody was there this morning for the 24 hour shift around 3am, and a note was plastered that they weren't gonna be open until 6am. The hours on days are hit or miss, but shouldn't advertise that you're 24 hours still when it isn't. I only came here because it was 24 hours and nobody is there in the early early morning. Some of the washers smell moldy too.

Started going a couple months ago to have my laundry done, for some reason they don't like to call when it's done. No big deal.. Last time the lady assured me just cause it was a pound under nothing was missing, haven't seen a pair of my pants since. Tonight I go to drop off over 60lbs of laundry and told I'm getting charged extra cause the lady doesn't know how to work a scale when not one other employee has done this. Not sure what's going on but I'll be finding somewhere else, the employees seem to care less or are plain incompetent besides the one that lady recently had a baby. I wouldn't recommend leaving your laundry with them.

Horrible. Parking lot dirty. Rude staff. WIFI doesn’t work and cell service is low. I dread coming here.
