Very nice place. Everyone there was lovely. I had the permanent eye liner. I noticed after the 3rd day, after the touch-up, the lines were very broken and uneven. Pigment was added to one area and not added where it should be. I waited until they healed to decide if it looked the same as it did after the 3rd day. I was very displeased. Definitely not worth my money. I went somewhere else to get them done the way they should be.

I love and trust what Patty does with my skin. I suggest the chemical peel and I am not sure what it was called but I had 2 dark spots on my forehead from that thing called age. Whatever Patty did lightened them emensley and I am no longer embarrassed. Friendly and caring staff.

First I want to say I really liked Patty as a person and (I’m sorry I don’t remember the other girl’s name) her assistant. She was very informative and so sweet. We were able to talk and joke around like we’ve known each other for years. she also has a woman who does her scheduling whose name I am also blanking on, she was also so very kind and helpful. The location they are in is very clean and nicely put together, however they are moving to a new location soon so obviously I can’t speak to that. Now to the not so great stuff. Lasting Looks currently shares a space with another company, Veve Med Spa (Again, this is changing soon). The first appointment I had I sat in the waiting room for about 5-10 minutes before anyone (a Veve Med Spa employee at that) acknowledged my presence. I then sat again for a while, at which point Patty’s assistant came out to give me paperwork to fill out (I was about 5-8 minutes past my appointment time at this point). I get it, things happen. No big deal. I went through my appointment and followed the after-care (except I forgot to take progress photos, oops!) I made a follow up appointment a few weeks later. Patty’s scheduler called me a few hours prior to ask if I could come in early due to a cancellation. I was unable to, but made it there about 15 minutes earlier than my appointment due to traffic not being as busy as I thought it’d be. Not only did I wait up to my appointment time (I was fine with waiting until my scheduled time, but also I thought there was a cancellation? Hmm) but waited about 25 minutes AFTER my SCHEDULED appointment time until Patty came to get me. When I was well past my appointment time and still waiting for acknowledgment, I had asked the Veve Med Spa front desk attendant if she knew when I’d be taken back and she wasn’t able to help since she didn’t have access to their system. At that point she walked back to let Patty know I was there. Suffice to say, I felt like I was completely disrespected. She did apologize, however this is one of the reasons I’d choose not to go back. I chose a chemical face peel since it was their most affordable option of what I was looking to have done. It was explained to me that it would be $375 or so, and then I had an option for a “booster” or a second round for $50 extra. There was miscommunication in how it was explained to me, and I ended up paying $800+ for a procedure I was under the impression was only going to be $425. I never would have agreed to it had I known $800+ in total was what they meant by an “additional $50 for the second round.” I didn’t have much choice the second appointment when she did the procedure and didn’t tell me the price until after it was completed. I didn’t bring up my misunderstanding to her since I had already signed all the paperwork and figured there’s nothing to be done about it. I liked Patty, but I didn’t like how I was treated or the procedure that I ended up paying double for that wore off after a few days anyways. Learn from my mistake - ask the price of the procedure before she starts so that you know what you are paying, and expect to not have your appointment on time. I more than likely wouldn’t go back.

I love, love, love this place! Patty is a master at her craft! She along with her staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I've had several procedures done and I have been pleased with the results from all of them! Everyone on staff is so friendly and offers great customer service! I highly recommend Lasting Looks to anyone wanting permanent makeup and/or to improve their skin's appearance.

Patty Moore is very professional and makes you feel right at home. She applied my permanent eye liner - there was no pain and it was a fairly quick process. My friends and family can't believe it's not real makeup! No more eye infections from makeup and I shaved my getting ready time by at least 10 minutes! I can't wait to have my eyebrows done. Patty is so much fun and definitely puts you at ease. Her work is amazing!
