Nice spacious apartments with the new renovations. New management and owner make this a great place to settle down.

I have a family member who lives here for a while now, and they couldn't be happier! The staff is always friendly and responsive and the community feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend Lansdale!

We have been living there for 5 years and the leasing office always responds quickly to all of our requests, they also keep the common areas clean and try to make everything look good, they do an incredible job!

I just received an email at 5:34 pm on a Friday when they close at 5 pm and will be closed for the remainder of the weekend. They did a bed bug inspection for all of thirty seconds told me I was all good and then the moment I paid my last months rent (a week after the inspection) they tried to pull a fast one and say I’m suspected of having bed bugs and I may need to pay 600$. I freaked out instantly and called a pest control company to come investigate for 117 dollars. They laughed at me I don’t have a single bug in this apartment and I wasted 100 dollars for peace of mind. Now no one is answering from the leasing company. I am leaving March 30th I am not giving another dime and I will be collecting all of my deposit if not I will be taking them to court. EDIT: as you can see by their response they found no fault of their own.YOU DID NOT SEND A SECOND INSPECTOR I PAID FOR ONE. It happened much differently than you want to portray it. I spent money from my own pocket for peace of mind after you failed to inform anyone of a second inspection until a week after the previous one. This is after Jackie laughed in my face when I asked if the form from the company I HIRED was sufficient. This apartment complex is a joke; hopefully no one gets trapped in this none sense.
