Very bad costumer service.. they never want to help you out with warranty on equipment they sold you.. they go as far as to charging a deposit for bringing in equipment under warranty.. they will say and do whatever they can to dismiss the warranty. Save your self time and just go to plano power equipment or richardson lawn and saw .. will not be buying anything else from this place ..
Such a great company! Family owned, wonderful people- first rate knowledge and customer service. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend for any equipment or service needs.

Excellent customer service! The owner personally assisted me & thoroughly answered all questions. I bought a gas-powered generator. Great product. Their staff is extremely helpful and professional. 2 thumbs way up! I prefer a personal touch rather than ordering online from a giant retailer. This place is exactly what I needed. LPE , a long way off from me but they always have or can quickly acquire those parts I need to keep my zero turn mower running right. Very cordial & knowledgeable staff to assist. Worth your time. They specialize in Ariens and Gravely.
