Very honest outgoing. I felt welcome as soon I walk in. Trustful. I paid for my screen to be fixed paid in full next day brought my phone back and they fixed it by the time I was done work. Excellent service definitely I will be back.
Amazing customer service. I came here on vacation and my iPhone screen stopped working. Not wanting to mess with renewing a contract I went here because it was close. I am so happy that I did. My phone was fixed within a couple of hours and the price was more than reasonable. Aside from that the staff are fantastic people. I enjoyed our conversation while there. I would recommend this place for sure.
Excellent customer service and fast. In and out in 15 minutes for a iPhone screen repair. Reasonable price too! You should check them out!

I cannot recommend these gentlemen highly enough! I had smashed the back of my iPhone and plans to leave town the next day. La Cell Tech was able to fix it quickly upon short notice (without hesitation) while still providing some of the greatest customer care around. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Received excellent customer service. Not only did they fix my phone for a reasonable price and in the exact amount of time they told me it would take. They went above and beyond by providing me a loner phone. When I went to pick up my phone they had placed a new screen protector on my screen and put on the new case I had purchased elsewhere.
