Found the chair we wanted, no pushy sales people. Can't wait for our chair to arrive 6 - 8 weeks. Thank you for your help & expertise.

Went in to look for a new recliner. I was immediately greeted as I walked in and Shannon was kind enough to help me through the process of picking the right chair for me. Felt zero pressure and ended up buying a chair that day. Also set up a free consultation for a designer to come to our home and see what kind of couch may work. Had no idea that was complimentary. I will definitely shop here in the future.

I question if ever will return to this store. Purchase was fine. I was picking up the $1700 chair because delivery was 6-8 weeks out and the charge to go two miles was ridiculous. When I arrived to get the chair, I was informed the man at the dock was not permitted to help me. Fine, I brought my son(on his lunch break and I wanted to make it as quick as possible) The chair was put aside with no name on it, no sold tag, not wrapped in plastic. Thank goodness my truck was clean and I thought ahead to bring a drop cloth, just in case. I am very very disappointed in Lazy Boy at this location for the extreme lack of customer service, sales did not know the procedure for picking up merch. It took 45 minutes, should have been 15 min max!

I just had a sofa delivered from La-Z-Boy and it all went smoothly. Sales personnel were knowledgeable and helpful; delivery men were efficient and careful. This is our second big purchase from this store. I like their sales and their variety of products.

La-z-Boy has high quality products, made in the USA. I'm very impressed with the choices and customization that can be done. The sales person, Jackie, was very nice and super helpful. I couldn't ask for better service than I got at the Northgate showroom. Fantastic!
