I got here with my son for a haircut and I explained to Maria the lady with the pink glasses and long reddish hair what I wanted for my son she did a terrible job 😡 didn't like his hair , parts looked like the machine missed and the top 😔 just ugly!! I'm very DISAPPOINTED with this kut n beauty ... NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY SON !! She didn't even ask him if he was satisfied nor bothered showing him the back of his head with the mirror 😡 and didn't even offer to fix it but at this point she would of worsened it she's terrible... Customer service also bad they ignore you at the register being that there's two girls there ... suckshere...

Ruthie is the best. I hate the thought of having to replace her but she’s not gonna work forever. If there were more than five stars, I’ll give them to her she’s the best.

I went in for the first time yesterday and Magy made my hair look amazing! The receptionist was very friendly. Wished I got her name. I would definitely come back.

Got the best haircut from Mari. Never received so many compliments on my hair and so many people asking for her number. Now my boss, my cousin and a friend go to her too. I'm a happy customer

First off for all the reviews complaining about store hours and not being open when they arrived.....CALL BEFORE YOU COME. Many hours for many businesses haven't been updated since COVID which is why I always call the business I'm going to if it's 7pm or after. What I enjoy about this place is the variety of hair products (especially hair dye) they have here. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. As for the haircutting side of this business, just like all other hair cutting salons there are good hair cutters and not so good. And how a person likes the way one hair cutter cuts their hair, another may not. Plus it really doesn't hurt to say hello first and ask how their day is going. I like to break the ice that way and it does make a difference.
