Superb experience.if you're there for buy, ask for their sales supervisor Mr.Ravi yadav fantastic guy who helped us with the purchase.he not only offered us the best deal but helped with all the minutes information regarding the products.
They knew the products they are selling. Gave us good information, enough time to choose. The person arrived on the same day for taking the measurements. And guess what the mattress got delivered on the very next day!! That was really quick.... We were really in for a surprise, even before our cheque was realised, the mattress was at home. The delivery persons were also very efficient.

(Edited - pls see below) The owner is very decent and explains the products properly. The assistant was very disrespectful, talked in a very arrogant manner, frankly of we did not not have the emergency of buying new mattresses we would have definitely not gone to this store. The rating is for the store only. Regarding the product, we have just used it for 2 weeks now. Will update this review probably after a year. New edit : After my review, my father got an immediate response from the owner within a few hours to understand our problem and he assured that he would work on it to improve customer experience, and with the chat I had with him I am certain that he cares well about his business and his customers and will definitely take actions to deliver a beautiful experience. With such an after-sales experience, I would definitely visit the store in future for purchases in case there is need for me.
