Visited this afternoon by chance. Upmarket store - menu and fit out. Modern and clean. My order was 'european summer', refreshing and not sweet, my daughter had 'coconut mango' and husband 'mint'. We all loved it. Served by a couple of lovely, polite girls. A great experience! Thanks!!

The ice cream was very tasty but they were SO stingy on the quantity! They did not even fill the ice cream in my cup above the lip! Pietro's would never do me like this (Pietro's my generous beloved <3)

came for the first time to try their apple crumble after hearing nothing but the best reviews ! their ice cream is really really good, super creamy and light, though i did think the apple was a bit cloying and overly sweet ? unfortunately, it is definitely a once in a while treat, since considering the portions sizes it really is quite pricy. a small cup was $15 :[ overall, service was really friendly and efficient, and the crumble was pretty good ! definitely would recommend giving it a shot, though im not sure if i will come back in the near future !

The $18 crumble, with an extra $3 for custard, was quite underwhelming. The dish lacked flavor, and the crumble resembled a crumbled butter shortbread with a bland sauce. No one asked if we wanted blueberries or the apples, and the staff seemed disinterested in their service. Given the wide variety of gelato and ice cream options available, we won’t be returning.

Walked in to the delicious smell of cookies being baked! They have some really unique ice cream flavours that work really well! I really liked the ‘European Summer’ which entails basil icecream with a peach and balsamic swirl 🌿🍑💫
Recently visited Kuld, and much like other customers here I was disappointed with the service provided by their staff. After paying, we’d realized that we were overcharged for our order. We’d quietly pulled one of their staff members aside and politely made her aware of the mistake. Instead of apologizing for the error on their part, the staff member walked over to the till and raised her voice at us in front of the other customers in store. She’d also then made rude remarks enough to ruin our experience. Extremely disappointing encounter, will not be visiting again. What a poor look on a lovely brand.

Absolutely. BLOODY. Amazing.. I have been here three times now, on multiple occasions, and they continue to not disappoint me. The first time I went here had forgotten what I purchased, to be honest, BUT THE SECOND TIME!!!! I had purchased the sevs cherry right, and that was absolutely delicious. My girlfriend had gotten the rootrax, which was also awesome, but not as amazing as the cherry right!!! The third time I came here, I had tried the monster cookie I think it was, and that was absolutely delightful, I really loves the peanut cookie bits in there too, I'm just a massive fan of peanut butter!!! But I highly Absolutely. BLOODY. Amazing.. I have been here three times now, on multiple occasions, and they continue to not disappoint, the decor is very pleasing and cosy, lovely atmosphere and service from staff, and plenty of delightful desserts coming from this humble establishment!!!! Definitely will continue coming here, even though I'm awful with dairy. EVERYONE NEEDS TO TRY THIS PLACE!!!! Worth every bit for what I paid for 🤤🤤
As per usual, absolutely lovely. However, when I was at the freo store recently I was so sad to hear that there was no DFGF flavour available and that both the dairy free options were choc. My friend is celiac and also vegan and I always feel horrible when we go out as a group to get icecream and she can’t join in. PLEASE bring back Stickydate or another non choc option I beg from the bottom of my heart. Maybe that delicious spicy pineapple one we had at one stage. Xxx

The Crumble is extremely disappointing and overpriced. The recipe needs to go back to the drawing board, as it is not very good. Great idea poorly executed. Apples are very tart, custard is watery and flavourless and the crumble is overly buttery to the point of being almost oily. At $18 each, very disappointed.
Great ice cream as always. However this post was simply for today. The new French girl on shift this arvo was licking her fingers after getting some of the custard on her fingers and then she used the same fingers to grab spoons for customers, even touching the part of the spoon that was to go into the customer's mouth. Please tell her to watch her hygiene as this is a food business.
Quit long queue, but it's worth it!. The best ice cream i had in my entire life. The taste was awesome. Wish to have one branch in malaysia!
Good stuff nothing special to say about it. The price is a bit high for the quality and quantity. Service is good but common only 1 waitress to serve everyone is a bit shocking, I understand you want to make money but that is not a good way to do it. Waiting 10-15 min no thanks won’t eat there again.
Excellent place to get one of a kind ice cream flavours in the heart of Northbridge Perth. Ice Cream was absolutely delicious and the cone was fresh and crispy.
