Am customer of arboretum area more than 4 years consistently, I’ve been taking my two small dogs always there with Stacy and I was happy enough. Till today …. I moved from this area to Georgetown and today I called them and I said I’ll be late due traffic 15 to 20 min, and they said it’s ok no worries. when I got there (25 min late) they refused to take my dogs because I was late. I spoke to Stacy she refused to take my dogs and finally she said I can do only one dog and there will be charge late fees for $30🤔. I couldn’t believed that , she does with regular customer like me !!! I drove all the way from Georgetown almost 35 miles to get there and I was treated like nothing and not in a respectful way!!! I said I was really loyal to you and groomer , she replied our groomer time is valuable….. I respect that..,. How about 2 times I came there with confirmed appointment and they said you haven’t had appointment today !!!!! Groomer is booked under other name not me !!!! Does my time was not valuable??!!!! This will be my last time there as long as they don’t understand what is meaning of 4 years loyal customer. Manager was not really professional and spoke very rudely. I ended up paying $ 123 when I asked where is my 10 dollars rewards she said you don’t have it didn’t show up here . If you have prove bring it. The way she said like I was lying , when I showed her my email then she said I can return it to you.

I love Kriser’s! I take my fur baby here to get groomed. We’ve been here 4 times in the last 8-9 months and what I’ve learned is you have to be specific in what you want done. I love Staci’s caring and nurturing energy which makes my fur baby feel safe. When I wanted to get her off of Royal Canine, the staff was so helpful in helping me make a decision and now she’s on freeze dried raw treats and Fromm. She eats it up happily. Their dog food 30 day exchange policy is wonderful in case your dog does not like the new food as well. A great experience all around.

I take my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to be groomed by Staci. She listens carefully to my requests and I'm never disappointed. My pup is always so happy there when I show up to pick her up and I can tell she is well cared for during her grooming appointments. My dog, Roxanne, is very prone to matting and it can be painful to shave them. I have peace of mind that Staci is extra careful not to hurt her.
