I’ve been meaning to stop by Kriser’s and I’m so glad i did. Trinity helped me pick out new dog food and treats for my pup Luna. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me since I knew nothing about what food I wanted to start Luna on. Thank you for all your suggestions and knowledge ☺️ Btw Luna loves her new food! She also informed me they had grooming services which is so convenient. Just need to wait for my pup to get all her shots and we will set up an appointment 🐶

I want to let everyone know how GREAT the service is at Kriser’s Natural Pets. The employees are customer friendly and take time to make sure you are happy with your purchases. I bought something, but when I opened it the design was not the one I wanted. I returned to the store and Damon immediately began the process for return. He also gave my babies(dogs) some treats that they loved! Trinity remembered me and asked if the items I bought for anxiety worked that she recommended and I was happy to say it made a world of difference that kept them calm during the thunderstorm. Thank you Damon and Trinity for making us feel like you really care about your customers.
