Update: The store called me and told me they had charged the price for a full size dog by accident. And that they would remove the service I didn’t ask for. Refunded some of my money, which I appreciated! I brought in my puppy here with the expectation that we will do a full groom. When I picked him up, they told me that I shouldn’t do a full groom on a puppy that young and so they only trimmed his paws and around his face. Well, I was charged for a full groom (higher than the price I was quoted on the phone) and even charged an extra $11 for a service I didn’t ask for (brushing teeth which I can do at home). I paid $130 for something I didn’t feel was worth that much money. Also, that night he was running around the pool in the backyard and his paws blistered and peeled (he was limping bc he was in pain). I found out that the hair on the paws was protecting his little feet and should not have been removed. I wasn’t happy with this place’s communication and did not find the service to be worth the money I paid, honestly I felt cheated.

I went in to buy dog food & found out they no longer carried that brand. Tori recommended the store brand Roosevelt for seniors. I bought the small size to try it. Ben, the elder bulldog, loved it. I’ve gone back to buy the large size. Thank you Tori. Good job!!

We love Kriser's!!! We know that any food purchase we make will have all natural ingredients and will be beneficial to our pet. Tori was AMAZING and was able to answer any questions I had. We will be buying all of our dog's treats and food here from now on.

Jesslynn was a wonderful help picking out food for our new puppy! She had great recommendations, took the time to explain why she likes certain brands and our little guy loves his food. We will be back for all our puppy needs!

We have been taking Ezra our Old English Sheepdog here since he had all his puppy shots, he’s now 15 months old. His groomer Bee, is absolutely awesome. He always looks great. The rest of team are five stars in friendliness and helpfulness.
