Our groomer Erica is excellent with our dogs and always listens to our needs. The dogs are always happy and love seeing her. Staff is attentive and polite.

Great experience every time I visit. The staff is friendly and helpful picking out food. Lexi did an excellent job grooming my foster fail Louise. This was her first time getting groomed here and her first time not needing a muzzle!

A smaller owned pet store with high quality food and pet products. Kennels, beds, toys, dishes, leashes, cat litter, tons of products to apply to your dog or cat, treats, raw, canned, and kibble. Attached is a grooming that charges fair prices. Great customer service, will carry out bags for you, assist you in store, and even learn your dogs name. You can book grooming appointments online and order items online Cons: parking. Do not go during lunch or rush hour or after church. I wish they had even one dedicated parking spot

They have been so kind and help with all the questions I have. I help with hope for love rescue and they make sure we are all set up. They help with donations for all our pets. They have the kindest staff and love watching the dogs thru the window get their grooming done. Would 100% recommend they have amazing food and staff. They truly care.

Love this place! Great selection for dogs and cats. I have purchased leashes and collars plus dog toys and bath soap for my dogs. The employees there are always helpful.

Now that Kriser’s has hired ROGER, formerly of Woof Gang as a groomer, I’m upping my formerly bad rating to Five Stars! Roger is a great dog groomer and my experiences have always been positive and my little Toy Poodle loves him! Previously, Kriser’s had a mean old lady on the grooming staff with whom we had some bad experiences — but she has since retired. In fact, these terrible experiences with the groomer at Kriser’s prompted us to start taking our little doggy to Woof Gang, where we met Roger. Now that Roger’s at Kriser’s . . . Maybe it’s time to go back to Kriser’s. Also . . . They do have a wonderful selection of great organic and gourmet dog foods . . . So, Kriser’s may be the go-to place for people who truly love their pets! I’m happy to be able to change my formerly bad rating of Kriser’s to a 5-Star Rating, because now I feel they really deserve it!!!!!
