Everything and everyone is totally Awesome. So nice and so helpful. It is so hard nowadays to find and rent a place...thank God for Kremer Realty for making the whole process easy and stress free.

I don't recommend this place to nobody...The property owner is a liar..Michael Gibson does not give 24 hour notice before coming into my rental unit...I have put maintenance emergencies into rental portal and have received absolutely no response from Property owner or maintenance...The owner has neglected to change my locks knowing that I could not get into my apartment for nearly one week. I believe they come into my home when I am not there. I just got this prompt to do this review and I never visited kremer realty for nearly eight months....it just gets weirder and weirder..

I recently bought a home and I'm thrilled. It was not an expensive home and the covid crisis got in the way for some of our paperwork, but Barb Sabo did not disappoint! Throughout the process, she was attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. Her attention to detail and great communication made everything so much less stressful. She made me feel like I was the most important client, rather than just some nobody buying a little fixer-upper. She brought me flowers when she delivered my keys. I can't imagine a better agent.

I am being removed from a rooming guy damaging my door twice. I made complaints multiple times. Micheal Rogers (the landlord) said to me that, it is not his responsibility to intervene after this guy I am neighbors with in a rooming apartment, put a hole in my door twice. I have video and screenshots to prove it. I wouldn’t suggest moving in to one of there homes. They pick and choose who they want to be nice to out of making business decisions.
