Have been using their service so far and their price has been reasonable, and very prompt. Kudos to the technicians who are professional and helpful

Did some cleaning and chemical wash. Aircon got better and colder.

Poor quality of service, terrible (understatement) after sales service. Extremely rude, sarcastic and offensive front line staff - lack basic etiquettes to communicate with customers. Concur with most the poor reviews you see about them. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Not professional. Refuses to answer calls and block you when you revert to them for after-sales services. Avoid!

Avoid this company. They bluff for service. Because of bad service by their technician now my aircon not working and they not reverting on calls and emails. When you asked for service they will prompt come to do but for issues they will never come back. There staff even cut your calls when you call. Never expect this in singapore.

I am able to make my appointment quickly,  they were on time and friendly. My aircon looks cleaner after the chemical wash and the air is much cooler now. Good job to Kool!
