I'd rather sleep under a bridge. As others have posted, "non-smoking rooms" reek of smoke and they are just plain dilapidated. And what's with the "La Quinta" sign in front as there seems to be no association with the chain. I returned to the front desk, requested a refund and stayed at a reputable hotel.
I pay for a free smoke room and it was not the case, the minute I open the door I saw a cockroach going inside the room, the room smell horrible the drapes were super durty, it was disgusting and the floors were coming off. It needs a super deep cleaning. Disgustin. Also they ask me for a US drivers licence or a passport even tho I gave him my Puerto Rico drivers licence. I told him that Puerto Rico is a US territory.
If there was a 0 star option, I’d choose it. Some of the staff are very entitled, rude and disrespectful. The room isn’t comfortable nor clean. The wifi barely works. The A/C is terrible. And don’t get me started on the white lady at the front desk. She’s very rude, arrogant, entitled, disrespectful & has a nasty disgusting personality. She’s the type of staff I’d immediately fire if she worked for me. This is the worst place I’ve ever been in. Never again.
The front desk agent, well rather live in slum desk clerk if you want to call her that, is by far the rudest person I’ve ever encountered! She’s the only caucasian woman there as it’s ran and owned by Indians. It’s like getting teeth pulled just simply Asking for information about extending your reservation. She lives on the property so when I went to the front desk I think I interrupted her shower as she came to the front desk with a towel on her head and she was soaking wet! She rolled her eyes and gave me very short answers to all my questions regarding the hotel! Bonus!!! She had also had multiple Johns in and out of her room! She’s absolutely disgusting and rude! Stay clear of this property! Very hateful miserable people and staff!
Very nice place to stay, it's affordable and clean, and friendly staff who make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Very special thanks to Jess at the front desk, you are a star in your profession, thank you for your hospitality and kindness. Give this girl a raise.Thank you again. DEFINITELY, recommend it.
