Went to see doctor hisham on May 2nd after i had a constant back ache, and pain around the back of my head for couple of days. he did a simple movement/assessment required by insurance policy to see any serious issues on my back. Fortunately, i did it without any indication of slip disc etc. gave a lengthy lecture about muscle strain due to weak muscle and stress, which took a turn to a weird conversation. (i) weak muscle due to inactive lifestyle - which i concur, but i have a decent exercise thrice a week, cycling and running - unfortunately according to Dr Hisham, these are not consider as an exercise, these are only the things I did for fun. So what is exercise actually? Dr Hisham said it’s the indoor cycling, which i regularly did at home, he then agrees (no idea what/which activity he agreed on). I had fun while doing any of these exercise, be it indoor or outdoor. No idea why he THINKS that only either one of it is consider exercise, should i be sad while doing it? (ii) stress due to lifestyle changes. He proceed with giving a figure of percentage of people my age (im 35 if that’s relevant) who’s currently refererring to psychiatrist for anxiety and depression because of stress. I had to digest the relation to my back ache, so my reaction tells I’m confused - he then, condescendingly, told me my reaction tells him that I’m not relaxed, that i should just takes whatever he said and dont have to think deep into it. This bit is funny; WHILE gaslighting me that i should take it easy, he also inserting his power on me to just accept that i might be mental and should check myself to psychiatrist. Is that what you’re referring to Dr Hisham? I cant tell because there are no assessment on my mental health, he is just speaking out of his experience of being a Doctor for many years - which he asserted, and no one’s denying it, calm down. When i said it’s lengthy, it really is non stop until i had to tell the doctor to let me finish talking/telling him what my issues were regarding the pain on the back of head. Again, condenscendingly he told me, there’s 8 different type of headache with a thick book (he gestured with his hand the wide length of the book), “that you wouldn’t want to read if you’re not a doctor”, his words. Is everything ok with this man? Is he being mistreated during Raya with relatives who belittled his medicine bachelor? It is unneccessary to my pain, i think my stress level spiked by just seeing him, otherwise to my lovely morning. Ofcourse i need his opinion on what can i do to ease my pain, should i do a light exercise, what will he prescribe me? He first said, dont worry about it (??), i just need to change a lifestyle, need to adjust to what i usually do and take a breather. I agree. I agree on changing the way - to have a slower paced lifestyle. What i do not agree is how he ASSUME i dont do exercise, and spin his words around that what i did was not a type of exercise. He did not ask how my lifestyle were, but makes assumption of the back pain is mainly due to weak muscle. Told me to come back if the pain still exist after 2 weeks, which he firmly believes that’ll subside by then. He conclude with what he’ll prescribe and told me he’ll give me MC, i decline the MC and it strike me - is this bitterness because he thought i need MC since it’s the first day of work after many days of Raya holidays? This isnt my first time coming here, but i dont remember him serving his patient with such contempt. Do not treat your patient as if they were coming with fake illnesses to claim for MC. I will lodge a formal complaint, will be my last time visiting this neighbourhood clinic.

Good service 👍🏼 Went to Klinik Kita due to migraine and the doctor explained me well why I keep getting migraine and what to do. Definitely will repeat for the gooood service 🥰
Was there for the first time. Registered, however the front desk didn't ask for my IC, to verify. The Dr was fine. The x-ray room was only managed by 1 person. Although there is an SOP, I think they unconsciously followed it. The cashier unable to provide itemized bill as requested, and pulled her face like she's angry to my request. To my surprise, it's around RM30 to know your blood group!!! To the owner, pls ask all of your staff to instill and increase their customer-centric approach when dealing with customers/patients.
Very slow service, even when there is not many patients. Doctors generally lack empathy and communication skills. Unfriendly nurses
