Lack of transparency in payment system. They will tell you zero interest emi is available and unable to process it after taking processing fees... after one month they told that its in our hand about emi..due their unprofessionalism late fees send by bank..they will never return ur processing fees,if they unable to process emi....

Very poor service. I purchased Panasonic AC and they told me that I will get discount of 2000. its been two weeks i have not got any discount. After sales service is very poor. Once you purchased the product they treat you like Nothing. Please don't purchase anything from Kirti store.
