I have been a dental care patient here through three generations of providers, each very different yet each quite wonderful. The current staff is especially well skilled for my care needs and in addition to their skills, they are remarkably attentive and friendly. As a geriatric patient, I have needed both new and replacing of old hardware in my mouth, which reveals their attention to detail as well as staying focused on the pace of technology available. I have had old work failing after decades and each time this dentist and her staff have been able to 'bridge , root, repair or replace' in truly 'crowning' success. Dr. Panatch and her team of assistants and hygienists do excellent work. She has a steady and gentle hand when filling a cavity and all the dental work that I’ve needed. With remarkable dedication, Rammy facilitated a conversation with Dr. Panatch, who graciously accommodated my request. This flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond were profoundly appreciated. Before treatment, Alma, the registered dental assistant, ushered me into the treatment room. Alma's presence was a true comfort. Her sweet, kind, and genuinely warm disposition created an incredibly reassuring atmosphere – precisely what one hopes for before undergoing dental work. Her gentle manner and comforting smile were invaluable in easing any lingering apprehension. Dr. Panatch's skill during the procedure was nothing short of remarkable. The numbing process was entirely imperceptible, and I experienced absolutely no discomfort throughout the treatment itself. What's more, I left with a noticeably improved bite. Her 'good hand' is an understatement; her precision and gentle touch are truly exceptional. Any residual pre-treatment anxiety was effortlessly eased by Dr. Panatch's confident yet calming demeanor and her ability to inject levity into the situation, making the experience feel simple and manageable.
