Owner asked me to bring ring back to store, but said can't replace the stone because it was real they only have cz. What's the point in bringing it in if they can't replace my diamond!? Why would I even want them to touch it again, if they couldn't even make sure the diamonds were secure the first time (they charged me more because diamonds were real). They should have just told me that can't do it. The quality of work is poor. I noticed as soon as the person who picked the ring up, brought it to me still in bag. I would rather not come back and just take it to a professional who can guarantee their work and take the time to inspect the ring in front of the customer, like other jewelers do. Our fault for thinking the store would make sure all was good. I'll just report them to the BBB. Stay away from this store if you need jewelry repaired. They charged me more to size a ring because the diamonds were real and ended giving me my sized ring missing a diamond and blamed me for losing it within hours from when I left the store. The fact that it fell out is the problem.
