Kids First Pediatrics of Raleigh

After the last incident I decided that leaving would be best. And then the lady had an attitude when I called poor customer service. When confusion comes from your end of things you should do whatever to fix it not keep telling me oh we don’t usually do that. Usually means you can make exceptions. I still wasn’t able to get my daughter what she needed to get back in school but the whole experience frustrated me so bad and raised my anxiety to the point I just rather find a new provider.

I have never seen a doctors office with receptionists that were the most uneducated in regards to insurance and scheduling. I was trying to make an appointment for my children and they wouldn’t schedule their appointments. I asked for paperwork and left, in the process of adding reviews. I see their poor customer service is a ongoing issue. A clinic that has no desire to change the employees that are customer facing that can’t seem to get it together, sadly deserves to keep losing business.

I love at this particular practice that my child only sees one doctor and not several. She only sees a different dr of her dr isn’t available which is rare. I’m also excited that they are now doing ear piercing now!

Everyone at kids first pediatrics is so nice and attentive. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable enough to voice any concerns I may have. Being a first time parent is scary but they make sure my concerns are heard. I want to give Dr. Ashley Martin a special shout-out. Thank you Dr. Martin for caring for my daughter and having so much patience. Sam, her medical assistant, is by far the BEST medical assistant I’ve ever encountered. She creates a safe and comfortable environment for my daughter. Thank you kids first pediatrics of Clayton !

I've been coming to Kids First Pediatrics for a short time. I love it , the staff is amazing. My son had a bad accident happen at daycare and I needed to be seen immediately. They made it happen they were so nice about it and did everything they can to help my son. The doctors are amazing and very informative. I would recommend this pediatrician office to anyone always. Thank you staff of Kids First we appreciate you.
