We recently renovated our living room and were in the market for new furniture. We dealt with Jezz Miller who was great to deal with. She took the time to come to our house and take measurements of our living room and then produced a number of different furniture layouts on 3-D drawings. After choosing a furniture layout, Jezz put together a montage of photos and prices for each piece of furniture and accessory. We ended up purchasing everything she had suggested. Afterwards, Jezz contacted us with some suggestions on a couple of other accessories that we purchased. We love our new living room and have received many compliments from family and friends. Jezz is a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful interior designer. Every time we meet her in the store she welcomes us with a big smile. The furniture delivery staff were excellent too. They delivered and set up our furniture in a prompt and efficient manner. In short, Kesay has wonderful staff and and they can provide furniture and accessories to meet any design choice. - Harvey & Sandra Kaita

Amazing design consultants, helped our family select furniture for our new home as we were furnishing multiple rooms. Kesay assisted in selecting all our materials, drawing a floor plan and were patient with our decisions as choosing furniture for entire home is a lot of work. Overall extremely happy with furniture we ordered!!

I just bought a sectional sofa and so far so good. It is not a budget furniture store. Delivery and set up was timely and easy. -------- update Aug 2017 ---------- Now trying to sell this sofa (original $4400) - still immaculate - on Facebook. Received a message from a guy who bought the same sofa for $1500 (new) from Kesay. I am changing my rating as obvs I have seriously overpaid for the sofa - and I won't ever shop at Kesay again - BEWARE!

I'm not sure why there are all these negative reviews. Bridgette was our sales person. She was fantastic in helping us pick a dining room table and a sofa and chairs for our living room. She even came to our house, (on her own time), to help us decide what colours to paint our home to match the furniture, and also gave us helpful tips on decorating. We ordered our furniture from Kesay (custom) and were kept apprised of its progress throughout its manufacturing process. The service here is excellent. The products are a bit more pricey than other furniture stores, but the quality and selection are better than most places in the city. If you want great furniture and excellent service/design tips, this is the place to go.

I droped in to Kesay one day on a whim and saw the most fantastic bedroom suite ever, the sales person Laurel was really good, I became a little concerned when they wanted 50 percent upfront with a ship date for four weeks later, but I paid it. Four weeks ended being over 2 months with the standard "its on the truck" excuse. When it did arrive in Winnipeg I had to pay the full amount before they would deliver, product unseen. I became even more uneasy and only because it was that I was with out any furniture I agreed. In the end they did give me a discount for the length of the delay, and the delivery guys were the "best". They were on time, respectful and fast. The furniture is Canadian made which I "Love", no made in China crap, it looks great and is fantastic quality. My major concern is that Kesay made sure the risk was all mine and not theirs. Before you buy discuss how you plan on holding back 10 percent of the total until it is delivered into your home, and also ask for a hard delivery date from them.
