I was referred to Dr. Lijin Jeyaraj at Keperra clinic, and I couldn’t be more happy with my dental treatment. Dr. Jayaraj had impeccable bedside manner, was very gentle, and reassured me throughout the entire process. He even went through my XR images and explained my diagnosis and management in great detail. The reception staff and assisting staff were also very lovely. For the first time, I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist!
My son is very nervous about going to the dentist and it has always been something we both dread. But, we went to see Dr Laura Truong and my goodness, what a difference! First time ever, no tears from my son, he actually was giggling through the appointment. I couldn’t believe it. I saw her too, and had a fantastic gentle check up and clean. The reception staff were so kind and helpful too, so it was a great appointment from start to finish. I highly recommend this dental practice.
Great service and team - my children love going to see Dr Laura and Tegan for their dental checks. They're kind and very cheerful. I love how creative the team are on helping my children enjoy going to the dentist as it can be quite difficult to not create a fear around going to the dentist. Thanks a million! We will be back soon.
What a beautiful clean dental surgery. The dentist can be such a fear to go to. This surgery is so relaxed, the dentists very calm, paitent and friendly. Amy on reception/dental nurse is just so lovely. Welcoming, bubbly helpful and empathetic. It is so nice to walk in to a smile and exceptional customer service. I look forward to my next filling (Did I just say that???)
Came to Keperra Dental Surgery on a referral and it was the best experience. I had a lot of anxiety of getting the needles but on both occasions the lovely dental assistant Sue held my hand and I could barely feel anything. Dr Henry did a fantastic job on my fillings and he is incredibly gentle. Definitely would recommend!
