Frustrated customer here. Your kenangan latte in Taiping is not 'your kenangan latte'. The taste is totally out. Some more placing food with wrong side. Is Taiping branch followed SOP and the right measurements same with other branch (bak kata org Taiping, awat kopi ni ceroi). 👎👎👎 to Taiping crew. Please improve.
all the staff are sporty and friendly, it's really become a favorite spot if you want a coffee because the barista makes the water hit your throat
I ordered through grab but they are missing my memories latte. I only got 1 water. Ishhhhhh!!!!! Look at the order, it's true. Then I didn't get another water and a straw. How do I drink???? The call number on Google is unreachable. Okay, no need to put a contact number. Then, the call manager didn't come. The shop just opened so people turned it off.
