Really disappointed with the service at kenangan coffee here. The staff was so rude, when I cancelled my order, one of them even said “menyusahkan orang.” That is such an unprofessional thing to say. I just wanted to pay by cash, but they made it such a big deal. Not everyone wants to use their card. If someone needs help, staff should assist, not give attitude. If you want the brand to be popular, at least treat customers properly.
