Comfy and aesthetic, love it. Staff were helpful and fast. Coffee and light snack were delicious

Grabfood order. Taste was ok. Just that I didn't like my steak sandwich looked like a leftover or old stale bread being left in the bag, have it wrapped instead would be nice, perhaps.

Overall I love the coffee. First time I tried Kenangan was in Butterworth. The menu is good and quality coffee. Unfortunately this outlet fell short in a few areas. Staff are not bothered to greet or acknowledge anyone coming in or going out. One staff was cleaning the window of the door that had a sign saying 'keep closed' but the door was opened. The staff left and my husband walked in. He tried to close the door and the whole door fell. He caught it and we had to repeatedly call the staff to hold the door so it didn't shatter. They didn't seem bothered by it. Service could use some improvements.

love it here💗 i always love my coffee rasa light je, sbb i senang anxious kalau coffee kuat sgt. so i usually would ask for 1 shot coffee. and i love that the barista buat my coffee just the way i wanted, and totally fine if i mintk improve sikit🫶🏻 even understand that im a bit of coffee intolerance, and suggested me to ask for half shot instead. i really dont mind paying a little more for any add ons just to get my perfect coffee. and i even actually sanggup drive 25min to this outlet rather than going to the other outlet closer to me about 10-12min away, just sebab they do the coffee better. i can barely say im a coffee lover, but the smell and taste of coffee always gives comfort to me. so here i am.

Almost 30 minutes wait for coffee but understandable since the que is long, the work force is only 2 person for a shop that has a high capacity customer. Should add more worker, and should display the que number, since everyone is waiting at pickup counter and keep on pestering the barista.
