Kenangan Coffee Kuala Kangsar

no complaints abt the drinks but abt the staffs. they tricked me! this happened some times ago as i just checked my kenangan apps. i dont use the kenangan wallet as i found it more convenient to just pay with my apple pay. one time the store was busy so they closed the online order. customer had to walk in, and can order and pay at counter only. when i wanted to pay the staff asked if i can round up 20 cents from my total amount (example rm 18.8 to rm 20) and i will get 12% off coupons on my next purchase. i said yes bcs it sounds like a deal to me. yes i got the coupon and i paid the rounded amount. just to notice today that the staff actually top up my wallet with rm20 and made that as my payment method! eventhough i tapped my card at the terminal! now i have 20 cents balance in kenangan wallet that i seldom use and what makes me even more pissed is the 12% off discount voucher apparently is a common very typical voucher that the system will issue to your app if you make ANY purchases. i understand the company wanted to encourage customer using their kenangan wallet but this is simply NOT THE WAY!!!!

Always stop here whenever on our way back to Penang! Must try their kenangan latte & creamy latte, tastes sooo good. The staffs are all friendly & helpful. Their cafe are clean & have toilet inside (it’s clean too!) 😊

My first branch of Kenangan Coffee. Nice vibes. Attentive staff. Interesting menu. Tried their basic hot latte. Good but not the best for me. Got toilet, decently clean.
